"Subscription worked, but canceling was a bit confusing"
The subscription itself worked fine, but I had to spend a little while looking around to find the cancel option. It wasn’t a huge issue, just not as clear as I expected. Overall, it left me feeling a bit frustrated, even though the service did what it was supposed to do

"Not really comfortable with the privacy side"
I tried it out, but the privacy settings doesn't make me feel very secure. I just didn’t feel great about having my files on there.

"App keeps freezing and the communication is confusing"
I’ve been trying to use the mobile app, but it keeps freezing on me, which gets old really fast. What makes it more frustrating is that there’s not much clear communication about what’s going wrong or how to fix it. I just end up restarting the app and hoping it works, which isn’t exactly ideal.

"I tried Blomp because I was hoping it..."
I tried Blomp because I was hoping it would be a cheaper storage option, but after looking at the pricing, it just didn’t really feel worth it to me. I’ve seen other people mention different cloud storage services that seem a bit clearer and more affordable, so maybe I’m missing something. It might work fine for some users, but for what I needed, I didn’t feel like the cost made sense.

"Felt like a bait and switch when I needed it most"
Blomp sounded like a solid deal at first, but using it has felt like a bit of a bait and switch. It’s great until the moment I actually need to get to my files, and then suddenly the site won’t load or my stuff just won’t open.
I know every service has hiccups, but this has happened too many times for me to brush it off. Support hasn’t really made the experience any less frustrating either, so at this point I just don’t feel like I can trust it for storage...

"Works alright, but it feels sluggish"
The desktop app is okay most of the time, but it definitely runs a bit slow on my laptop. Uploads usually get there eventually, but the sync status isn’t always clear, so I’m never totally sure if it’s actually working or just stuck. I’ve had to restart it a couple times to get files moving again. It’s not awful, just needs some polishing. I also didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because, i don’t really trust them to give me anything beyond a canned response

"Storage seemed good, but I’m not totally convinced"
I mostly chose it because the storage looked generous, but after using it for a bit, I’m not sure it really felt worth the price. I can’t say I tested every feature in depth, but a few little issues kept popping up, and that was enough for me to switch to something else.

"Upload speeds are a bad joke"
The upload speed has been painfully slow for me. I don’t really care how they dress it up in all their polished marketing talk about performance and reliability — when I’m trying to upload something, it just crawls.

"I’ve had files not sync properly..."
I’ve had files not sync properly and I’ve already lost changes twice, which is really frustrating. I also wish the instructions were clearer, because it’s not always obvious what I’m supposed to do when sync breaks or how to prevent it from happening again.

"Not as easy to use as other sites"
I had a frustrating time using the website. Compared to most other sites I’ve used, this one feels way more confusing and slow. Some of the buttons didn’t even work half the time, which made the whole process more annoying than it needed to be

"I went into blomp expecting a simple, reliable..."
I went into blomp expecting a simple, reliable way to store and access my files, but that really wasn’t my experience. At one point my files just stopped showing up, and trying to get them back was way more confusing and slow than I expected from a cloud storage service. Support mostly gave me basic responses that didn’t really solve the problem. I had important data I needed to access, and not being able to recover it properly was frustrating. Maybe it works fine for others, but based on what I expected versus what actually happened, I don’t feel comfortable trusting it anymore.

"Backup failed right when I needed it"
I signed up for Blomp thinking it would be an easy backup option, and at first it seemed like things were uploading normally. But when I actually needed to restore some files, that confidence disappeared fast.

Some files that looked like they had uploaded were either missing later or wouldn’t restore properly. I also didn’t get any useful update about what was going on, which made it even more frustrating since I’d already been charged and expected the service to actually work.
Maybe it’s fine for tossing a few small files into storage, but I wouldn’t rely on it for important backups again. The whole point is peace of mind, and this gave me the opposite

"Downloads are usually quick"
The download speeds have been solid most of the time. I’ll start a download and think, okay nice, this is moving faster than I expected. It does slow down a bit at night, which is a little annoying, but not enough to ruin the experience for me

"Not gonna lie, it was frustrating to use"
Not gonna lie, I found Blomp confusing. The layout felt kind of all over the place, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic things. A few pages also loaded strangely for me, which didn’t help. Maybe other people have a better experience, but for me it was more annoying than useful, and I ended up giving up after a while...

"Support was slower than I expected"
I’ve dealt with customer support from other companies before, and usually I at least get a helpful answer within a day or so. This time I waited several days for a reply, and when it finally came, it still didn’t really solve my issue. Frustrating experience overall.

"Easy enough to get started"
Signing up was straightforward overall, which I appreciated. The only frustrating part was that the email verification took longer than expected, and a few pages felt kind of slow while I was setting everything up. Still, I was able to get my account created in the end, so it worked out fine

"Bad timing made file sharing even more frustrating"
I tried sharing a folder with a friend, and of course it happened when we were in a hurry. The link either wouldn’t work or kept asking them to log in, which totally killed the moment. The permissions were confusing too, so I ended up wasting more time than expected. Maybe I just picked the worst time to try it, but for quick file sharing, it really didn’t help.

"Good enough if you just need basic free storage"
I’ve been using the free plan mainly for simple storage, and for that, it does the job well. If you’re just saving a few files here and there, it’s totally fine. That said, once I’m trying to organize more stuff or move around quickly, it can feel a little clunky at times. I wouldn’t rely on it for anything too heavy, but for basic use, it’s alright.
